The Grand Millennium's biggest draw, esp for shopaholics of luxury brands, is its unbeatable location being right next door to Pavilion Mall. But I want to recommend it for its quiet charm - having lost part of its original lustre & being decidedly less showy that its 2 newer neighbours across the street. Rooms are old, there are ants in the toilet & when we leave some food on the dressing table or bedside table, ants appeared in a mass. Toilets are old & flushing system needs to improve in some rooms. Towels are also broken, faded, thin. Bed covers are old and the air-con makes noise. we were stay at Golden Wings hotel for 3 days. They provide very good service specially hotel manager named "Giang". He sure that we get good service even we travel to Sapa and Halong Bay. Whoa! I have visited KL for many yrs & regret not staying in this hotel previously. It has it's own basement carpark, just opposite time square, beside Sungei Wang & Low yat plaza. It also got it's free breakfast compared to the rest with same price which have no breakfast. Service is good from the very first day I check in.
